Professional Accomplishments:  5-time member of the Canadian Freestyle Team, Bronze Medalist at the 2001 Freestyle World Championships, several top three finishes in freestyle competitions and extreme races between 1999 and 2003, producer of the first kayak instructional DVD series for women, founder of Girls at Play LLC

Why Anna loves kayaking:  I love kayaking because it's fun, because I get to hang out with awesome people who share a passion for life and because it keeps me outside and connecting with nature.   I especially love whitewater kayaking, because it puts my fears and challenges in my face and gives me an opportunity to work through them in a productive way -- by breathing, focusing and trusting myself.  The River and kayaking provide endless, helpful lessons and insights that I can apply to situations in my daily life.
