About Me: "Corey is that guy in the eddy anywhere, whether it be a creek or an eddy at a play-hole, he always has a huge smile on his face.  A smile that most of the time reads mischief. He always has positive things to say even if it's a not so premo situation. So if you see this crazy redhead driving, get off the road, if you see him paddling, make sure to say “hi," and you are positive to have some odd conversation with him." - Adriene Levknecht

Creek boat: The best creek boat ever made......Nomad 8.5

Favorite Move:  The strongest move in white water kayaking...The Rail grab

Must-Have Accessory: AT paddle, and his home on the road - his Subaru Outback - and his ipod

Other Hobbies/Activities: Bowling, Biking, hiking, hunting, camping, anything outdoors

Professional Accomplishments: Represented the USA in the world championships in 2009 in Thun Switzerland, where he was ranked 35th in the world in freestyle kayaking, and 14th in the Green Race

Why Corey loves kayaking: "To say I love kayaking would be an understatement.  It has been my life for the past 12 years, taking me to places few people will ever get to see and on more adventures with amazing people than even seems fair.  I was able to hitch hike around California with my boat in '04, share the magic of whitewater while teaching from '05-'08, and compete in Switzerland in '09."
