This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.dagger.com (the “Site”)

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

  • When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to our site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
  • We collect Device Information through cookies, log files, and pixels.
  • We collect the email addresses of those who sign up for branded emails, those communicate with us via email, and those who register their kayak online. 
  • The information we collect is used to improve the content of our website, and to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

  • With respect to cookies: we use 3rd party vendor remarketing tracking cookies, including Google Adwords and AdRoll tracking cookies. This means we will continue to show ads to you across the internet. As always we respect your privacy and are not collecting any identifiable information through the use of Google’s, AdRoll’s or any other 3rd party remarketing system. Further, if you use multiple browsers or devices you will need to execute this opt out on each browser or device. If you opt-out AdRoll may collect some data about your online activity for operational purposes (such as fraud prevention), but it won't be used by them for the purpose of targeting ads to you.   • If you supply us with your postal address online you will only receive the information for which you provided us your address. 
  • If you supply us with your telephone numbers online you will only receive the information for which you provided us your telephone number. 
  • With respect to Ad Servers: From time to time, we use remarketing services to advertise on third party websites, including Google AdWords and AdRoll, to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors who haven’t completed a task on our site. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the AdRoll or Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google and AdRoll, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to the Perception website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

  • We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations).  Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you, screen orders for potential risk or fraud and, when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
  • We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.  For example, we use Shopify to power our online store--you can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here:  https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.  Mailchimp is our email service provider; So that we can send e-mails via MailChimp, we provide MailChimp with certain information, i.e., your e-mail address, your name, your language and your country. MailChimp processes the information on you in accordance with the provisions of its Privacy Policy.   • Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

If our information practices change at some time in the future, we will post the policy changes to our website to notify you of these changes and provide you with the ability to opt-out of these new uses.
