We're taking care – temporary shutdown – UK coronavirus action plan

Posted: 03.25.2020

We hope you're taking care too right now. Isolation from the coronavirus has brought changes to most of our lives recently. Staying fit and healthy at home is important. If you are fortunate enough to be able to keep paddling, keeping your spirits and fitness up, please follow government and health organisation guidelines: if guidelines allow, find somewhere local to paddle, don't share shuttles and keep it low risk (emergency, transport and health services are needed elsewhere).

In order to keep our community safe and to prioritise public health, we have made the decision to temporarily close Palm HQ, where Dagger kayaks is based in Europe, in line with the UK Government’s advice. As of today, 24th March, our factory and offices in Clevedon have shut down, and only a core group of our staff remain working remotely.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to handle any repairs, or requests for sponsorship and promotional items during this time.

We’ll open again as soon as it’s safe and reasonable and will continue to keep our social media channels and website updated with news and activity.

We hope during this period you, like us, will do your best to remain safe. We would like to thank you for your continued support of Dagger.
